Designed to hold a scuba diving cylinder to the rest of the harness. It is a key element of your average scuba diving gear setup, and as such needs to operate without breaking in harsh environments for a long time.

SOLUTION
Product has to survive in a harsh environment for a long time, without degrading to the point of failure.
The two attachment points that take most of the stress are made using a nylon/hashed carbon fibre mix with kevlar inlay. The webbing is coated in PVC to prevent the webbing material from degrading.
The style and look of the product must be in line with similar products made by the same company, while keeping the production cost down.
The part that is subjected to the least pressure and wear is instead made from coloured ABS, allowing us to match the piece to the webbing, all while keeping the production cost down.
